At tempered.art, we specialize in handcrafted chocolate bon bons and artisanal chocolate bars. Each product is made with the finest ingredients to deliver a luxurious and memorable chocolate experience.
2. How do I store my chocolates?
To maintain the freshness and quality of your chocolates, store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong odors. The ideal temperature is between 15°C to 21°C (60°F to 70°F). Avoid storing them in the refrigerator as this may affect the texture and flavor.
3. Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
At this time we do not offer any vegan or gluten-free options. The health and welfare of our customers is at the top of our priorities and the last thing we would want is to hurt the health or beliefs of our customers. Please note that all of our chocolates are made in a facility that handles common allergens, such as dairy, nuts, and gluten.
4. How long do your chocolates last?
Our chocolate bon bons are best enjoyed within 2-3 weeks of purchase, while our chocolate bars can last up to 6 months when stored properly. We recommend enjoying them as soon as possible for the best flavor and texture.
5. Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship within Ontario Canada. As we perfect our shipping skills, we will continue to go further an further until we can cover the whole world! 6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and delivery times vary depending on your location. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. For more details, check our Shipping Policy.
7. What if my chocolates melt during shipping?
We take great care to package our chocolates securely, especially during warmer months. While we do our best to prevent melting, we cannot guarantee that chocolates will arrive unmelted in extreme temperatures. Please see our Shipping Policy for tips on ordering during hot weather.
8. Do you offer bulk orders or custom flavors?
Yes, we offer bulk orders for special events, corporate gifts, and weddings. We also offer custom flavor options for large orders. Please contact us using the link 'Contact Us' at the bottom of the page to start the conversation.
9. Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, such as damage or a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist.
