- Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase when products are shipped. We accept most major credit cards.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase or the time of pickup when products are picked up. In person payments include most major credit cards, debit cards and cash.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product pricing or availability.
4. Shipping and Delivery

- Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather or carrier issues.
- We take great care in packaging our chocolates to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, once shipped, we are not responsible for melting or damage caused during transit.

No Refund or Exchange Policy

Shipping Policy
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
